“We Are Amsterdam – Launch event” (the “Event”)
Promotional Rules

Park Plaza Hotels Europe BV (“PPHE” or the “Promoter”) provides these “We Are Amsterdam – Launch event” promotional rules (the “Promotion Rules”) which set out the specific rules for the We Are Amsterdam – Launch event campaign promotion (the “Promotion”).

1.Rules: By entering the Promotion, you (the “Entrant”) are deemed to have read and agree to abide by these Promotional Rules and PPHE’s prize draw rules (the “General Rules”) located at https://www.pphe.com/~/media/Files/P/PPHE-Corp/documents/files/social/termsconditions_generalrules (collectively the “Rules”).

2. Duration of the Promotion: Enter the Promotion between 16:00 on Thursday 2 May 2019 CET and 12:00 on Monday 13 May 2019 CET (the “Promotion End Date”) inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promoter has the right to change the time or date of the Promotion End Date at any time by posting the updated Promotion End Date via the official PPHE Hotel Group LinkedIn.

Entry requirements

3. To register your interest in the event and have a chance at winning a prize in the Promotion you must: (i) submit a valid entry (“Entry”) by e-mail to [email protected] prior to the Promotion End Date; and (ii) have received an e-mail from the Promoter confirming your successful registration for the Event.

An Entry must be submitted within the Promotion Period and comply with the Rules and must:
a) include your name, e-mail address and company name;
b) include your reason for attending the event; and
c) include your number of guests.

Entries not submitted in accordance with this paragraph 3 will not be accepted.

4. The winners of the prizes will be selected from Entries submitted during the Promotion Period by a panel of PPHE’s sales team (the “Panel”), giving equal weight to each of the following criteria: looking for meeting & events experiences; looking for a unique location; and interested in attending the Event. The Panel, in its sole discretion, will determine four winners and their decision will be final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

The Entrant will be notified before 12:00 on Tuesday 15 May 2019 CET to confirm whether he/she can attend the Event. At the Event the winners will be announced by the Panel.

5. No purchase is necessary to enter nor is being a follower to the social media channels required.

Prize

6. During the Promotion we will have four prizes which will be announced during the event.
The prizes will be a:

a) free night’s stay at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam
b) free night’s stay art’otel Amsterdam
c) free dinner at Carstens including drinks
d) free dinner at 5&33 including drinks

The prize can be used up until 31 December, 2019 and is subject to availability.

Conditions of Entry

7. Submitting more than one Entry during a phase will not increase your likelihood of winning during that phase.

PPHE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any Entry that does not comply with the following requirements, even after the Entry is submitted:

• Each Entry must not contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane content; and

• Each Entry must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity.

By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant understands and agrees that any Entry submitted to the Promotion shall grant PPHE an indefinite, royalty free, world-wide license to use the Entrant’s name for marketing, sales and promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes may include, but are not limited to displaying the name on PPHE’s websites and social media channels.

8.The winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion.

Personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfillment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

By entering the competition, you indicate your acceptance of the Promotional Rules and General Rules.

PPHE accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

PPHE reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Promotional Rules and General Rules.

PPHE reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, PPHE, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of PPHE, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Promotional Rules and any non-contractual rights and obligations arising out of it will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Entrants each irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts on all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
